Unionen has terminated its collective agreement with Svensk Handel and announced a strike at Systembolaget starting June 10.
The strike will affect depots in Örebro, Sundsvall, Kungsängen, and the head office in Stockholm.
Negotiations broke down over demands including wage increases, reduced working hours, and overtime pay for part-time workers.
Unionen highlights the issue of widespread part-time employment at Systembolaget, which affects financial security.
The strike is expected to quickly disrupt supply to Systembolaget stores nationwide.
